Eureka! Software offers an excellent support service for all of its products. Support is available by telephone, email and online and our customers are welcome to contact us as often as they wish.
Our staff have many years’ experience in supporting clients and understand not just the products, but, more importantly, the way in which they are implemented and used on our clients’ sites.
Our Accounts Production Software is supported by fully qualified Accountants. Our formats are kept completely up to date with the latest legislation, and updates are sent regularly during the year.
